Quick and easy no bake Jubilee desserts

Want a no hassle dessert to take with you to your Jubilee party next week? Look no further, these 3 desserts are red, white and blue and require no baking!

Union Jack Graze Board

This one is my favourite as it looks impressive and will have your guests talking! The only equipment you need is a nice board to put the treats on, I used a big wooden chopping board, and a knife.

The food I used:

- Strawberries

- Blueberries

- Raspberries

- Big marshmallows

- White chocolate buttons

All you need to do is copy a Union Jack flag when preparing the board, I started with the red cross part using strawberries and raspberries. Then I used marshmallows and chocolate buttons cut in half to create the white outline of the red. I then filled the gaps with lots of blueberries to create the blue sections. Obviously you can use any other snacks that fit into this colour scheme, and pile up the treats more than I did but have fun with it!

Red, White and Blue Skewers

These skewers are super easy to make! You can take them ready made to your street party, or have the treats in separate bowls so guests can create their own if you are hosting. All you need is skewers and the food to go on them.

The food I used:

- Strawberries

- Blueberries

- Raspberries

- Marshmallows

- White chocolate to melt

Simply put the food onto the skewers in a red white and blue pattern to mimic the Union Jack, you can melt white chocolate to dip the skewers in for extra taste. If you have one this would be a great idea with a chocolate fountain too!

Blueberry Eaton Mess

This one is a classic British dessert with a twist to make it Jubilee ready! I followed this BBC recipe for your typical Eaton Mess but added blueberries as well as strawberries to fit the theme. I also bought ready made meringues from Tesco rather than making my own which reduced the time it took to create them.
